When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and shipping address.
• The items, sizes, and colours you ordered.
• Confirmation that payment succeeded, plus the last four digits and brand of the card.

We never see or store your full card number. Payment details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and handled entirely by them.

If you browse without ordering, we may still receive standard web request data such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you viewed.

Your information goes only to the services needed to take payment and deliver your order:

• Stripe — processes payment and stores card details.
• Printful — receives your name and shipping address in order to print and post your parcel.
• Resend — sends your order confirmation email.
• Vercel — hosts this site and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

This site stores your shopping cart in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We also use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand which pages and advertisements lead to orders. These set cookies and report events such as viewing a product, adding to cart, and completing a purchase, including the order total. They may be used to show you our advertisements afterwards.

You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, through your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site requires them to work.

Order records are kept as long as needed to support the order and meet tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention period.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email christianmetalcore777@gmail.com and we'll respond within 2 business days. Note that we may need to keep records of completed orders where the law requires it.

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
